Yes, anyone can clean, but most people can’t clean to a really good standard. Good cleaning does require training and ongoing guidance. We supervise and monitor our cleaners to help maintain quality and adherence to best practices.
Equipment & Products
Have good equipment and effective cleaning products is essential (not necessariliy the most expensive gear, just what works). It makes our cleaners job easier and allows them to achieve better results faster.
Great People
First and formost we recruit our cleaners on a positive attitude and honesty. For us this is more important than their experience or the quality of their cleaning. We can train people to be better cleaners, but there is not much we can do about their attitude.
Our Own App
We have just introduced our own app to support our cleaners and improve workflow. Having all the information they need to hand, such as schedule management and reminders, as well as job notes, helps us to provie a more conistent and reliable service.
